When you place an order with USA Furniture, we submit a special order to the manufacturer on your behalf. All items ship brand new, direct from our warehouse, all items we inspected every single pieces before shipping. Not like other do drop ship without inspect. Credit Card Authorized:
Your credit card will get charged 24-36 hours after you place your order. We have a “Pre-pay” policy to protect ourselves from insufficient fund or fraudulent orders.

Your order will be delivered to your door/driveway or curbside by truck driver. The driver will move the items to ground level only. At that point you will need to move them into your building or residence. If you ordered a heavy/bulky item, make sure you have someone who can help with this. In some cases, the driver may, at his/her own option perform special services at your request. Generally you can expect the furniture to arrive at your door/driveway or curbside. it take about 3 – 5 business days for processing and ship out if all items in stock and pass our quality control also it take longer time if items not in stock Transit time 3 – 15 business days or longer depend your location and weather or traffic.
• We offer lay a way plans for a period of 3 months up to 1 year. You may payoff your layaway anytime before due date.
• A minimum of 30% down payment is required.
• Regular monthly payments are required. It is important that a customer make measurable progress toward paying off

All orders free curbside delivery. All orders are shipped via ground carriers. All in stock Items usually ship within 3-7 days, unless otherwise noted on the product detail page. Yes, we can arrange an inside delivery for additional fee. This service includes delivery of all products inside your home, but does not include set up. We will get the product inside your home, but it is your responsibility to unpack, assemble and place it. Please call for quote. Transit time 7 – 20 business days or longer depend on your location.

Yes, we can. 5 star Delivery can be purchased for inside your home delivery with full set up and removal
of all packaging. With this 5 star Delivery shipping option the delivery company will carry the items inside your home, completely set up and assemble all of the furniture in the room of your choice, and take all packing materials and cartons with them.USA Furniture Warehouse holds no responsibility for damage to the home, including floor, ceiling, walls, doors, windows, etc. by the home delivery company. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the company, provided White Glove Delivery service. Delivery time 4 – 8 weeks. 5 star service must be ordered prior to the shipment of your furniture. This service does not include moving your existing furniture, wall décor, or rugs. Please make sure that the space in which you wish your new furniture to reside is cleared and ready for your new addition(s). 5 Star service does not include: plumbing or installation of vanities, or provide wiring or installation of electrical. A. All Products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact us for help with warranty issues for products you purchased through our company. We hand select to carry quality furniture that will very rarely require utilization of the manufacturer’s warranty.
Missed or broken parts. We hand select to carry quality brands and deliver your new furniture in perfect condition. If you need service on furniture, we will do everything we can to help you. The manufacturer usually handles part replacements, etc. There will be a note in the literature that comes with your new furniture that will direct you who to call in the event that service or replacement is needed. If this information is not available, please contact us for assistance. We will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied.
My Shipment Arrives Damaged
Don’t Panic, we have successfully delivered over 97% of all orders without any damage In the rare situation that you experience damage in your shipment, . Do not refuse any item(s). Please call 1-626-969-8741 please be sure to note it on the delivery paperwork you sign and contact us as soon as possible. When your order arrives, please take the time to ensure the paperwork is accurate and that the correct item and number of cartons have been delivered. Please also inspect the packaging and the package contents for any shipping damage. A bill of lading will be signed by the customer to acknowledge receipt of these items in good condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly check over and visually inspect the merchandise before signing this paperwork. Any damage must be noted on the bill of lading and USA Furniture must be contacted within 24 hours of the delivery time to receive replacement items. USA Furniture will not be responsible and will not accept any non-noted on Bill of lading claims. Please DO NOT keep damages merchandise you found by the time delivery, give it back to driver , f you decide to keep the damages merchandise then you have to return it back to our store on your own cost. If the carton is obviously severely damaged,. We will arrange for a replacement or replacement parts to be rushed out. We will take the Fastest route to remedy the situation. In the event a replacement is delivered to you before original shipment is returned, you are responsible for cooperating with the return of the item. Failure to return the damaged item will cause us to charge your credit card for the non-returned item.
Once we receive your order, we immediately place the items ordered into production and process the order for shipping. Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of orders being placed if item(s) have not been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order that has already shipped, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and all ACTUAL freight charges both ways. NO EXCEPTIONS. This policy is standard for all of the items on our website.Clearance Store items may be factory-direct, cancelled, or returned items. Closeout items are ordered direct from the factory and have limited supply. All sales are final for Clearance Store and for Closeout items. None Cancellation on all Special order.

Return Policy. A. We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied or it does not fit as well as you hoped in your space or match your décor, you won’t be stuck with an item you cannot use or that you do not want. You may return it anytime before it ships and get a complete refund. All returns must be authorized by us prior to shipping. Please e-mail us prior to shipping and we will provide return shipping instructions. Returned items must be shipped to us within 30 days of receipt. Returns are only accepted in their original boxes, and should be unassembled. Once an item has been assembled it is no longer returnable. Remember, All returns are subject to round trip shipping charges. If your item was shipped “Free Shipping,” we will charge our “ACTUAL” outbound shipping charges. All returns for any reason are subject to a 30% restocking fee. The restocking fee is only waived if there is an exchange for an item of equal value or greater, or a store credit. Round trip shipping charges will still apply Returns from the retail price. Refunds will be processed once products are returned to the distribution center. This policy is standard for all of the items on our website.
